We are seeking a permanent, full time People & Culture (P&C) Analyst to join our friendly and growing P&C team. Based at our new, state of the art Head Office in Collingwood, the P&C Analyst will prepare relevant and meaningful reports, people metrics, dashboards and analysis to support the Bank’s leadership with decision making and organisational strategy and objectives.

This is an office based position.

What you will be doing

  • Manage and maintain HR/workforce related data and reporting
  • Prepare and publish workforce related reports and coordinate regulatory/ compliance reports
  • Lead the collection, maintenance and interpretation of HR information and records
  • Maintain and publish the organisational chart
  • Administer the annual engagement survey and prepare analysis and formal reports on the results
  • Act as an internal consultant for the HRIS, including providing training on the system and updating procedures
  • Participate in People & Culture projects.

What you will bring

  • Experience analysing data and preparing reports with recommendations and insights
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong quality orientation and continuous improvement focus
  • Demonstrated accuracy of work and exceptional attention to detail at all times
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively set priorities and meet deadlines across a diverse workload of changing deliverables
  • Strong customer service and quality orientation with both internal and external customers;
  • Collaborative, flexible and adaptable style with a positive attitude
  • Proven consulting, relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite of programs, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in human resources, or a related discipline such as information systems
