We are seeking a permanent, full time Recruitment Coordinator to join our friendly and growing People & Culture team. Based at our new, state of the art Head Office in Collingwood, the Recruitment Coordinator will play a crucial role managing recruitment activities for Bank Australia and will report directly into the Head of People & Culture Operations.

This is an office based position.

What you will be doing

  • Ensure effective coordination of recruitment, selection and internal transfer processes to efficiently fill vacancies and meet both current and future organisation requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records of recruitment activities
  • Support Business Partners in facilitating candidates
  • Ensure department and individual KPI’s are achieved promptly and efficiently
  • Assist the Head of People & Culture Operations develop and implement relevant Bank Australia policies and processes
  • Support the Head of People & Culture Operations with People and Culture projects as required.

What you will bring

  • Experience and sound knowledge of people and culture practices
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related disciplines, or equivalent business experience
  • Excellent communication skills in liaising both internally and externally - including written, oral and interpersonal
  • Ability to effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an autonomous environment
  • Ability to adapt and respond to a changing workplace environment
  • Strong Microsoft office and recruitment system experience
