Reporting to the Head of People & Culture Operations, this position provides vital support and administration to the People & Culture Division. It contributes to a quality and positive employee experience across a range of P&C activities, while also supporting the Chief People Officer with sensitive and complex tasks including report writing, policy review and drafting, preparing board documents, and coordinating meetings with external stakeholders.

What you will be doing
- Respond to staff enquiries and maintain accurate personnel records across HR systems and files.
- Administer key platforms including HRIS, Rewards Gateway, and Concur, ensuring data integrity and a seamless employee experience.
- Coordinate onboarding processes, employment contracts, position changes, and probation workflows in collaboration with P&C Business Partners.
- Support recruitment activities including job advertising, candidate screening, and interview coordination when required.
- Liaise with internal teams (IT, Procurement & Infrastructure, Payroll, Accounts) to ensure smooth onboarding and employee transitions.
- Process P&C invoices, trainee program claims, and manage IT requests for the Division.
- Maintain the P&C intranet and ensure compliance with policies such as the online gift register.
- Prepare staff remuneration review letters and assist with reporting, including monthly updates and insights from P&C systems.
- Coordinate cultural initiatives such as staff gifts and service recognition.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including HRIS configuration enhancements to improve employee experience.
What you will bring
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and administrative skills, with a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, multitask effectively, and maintain accurate records across HR systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS platforms such as ELMO or iChris.
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for teamwork and delivering excellent internal service.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with a continuous improvement approach to systems and processes.
- High integrity and adaptability, with a commitment to quality and customer-focused outcomes.
- A Certificate IV or higher qualification in Human Resources (desirable), and familiarity with HR processes and compliance.
