Through the merger of Bank Australia and Qudos Bank we’re creating a better, stronger and more resilient bank for our customers and employees. As one company with two trusted brands, we’re building on the strong foundations of our history and shared values as we bring together the best of both banks.

We are looking for a Treasury Balance Sheet Manager for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. This is a unique opportunity to influence the Bank’s balance sheet strategy during a period of transformation and growth.

The Treasury Balance Sheet Manager will support the Head of Balance Sheet & Capital in shaping and executing the Bank’s balance sheet strategy across liquidity, funding, IRRBB and the long‑term liquid asset portfolio. Bringing a forward‑looking lens to balance sheet optimisation, providing insights and recommendations that enhance earnings stability, strengthen liquidity resilience and align with Board‑approved risk appetite.
