The Senior Process Improvement Analyst is responsible for identifying, analysing, and implementing improvements to business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to map current processes, identify gaps, and recommend data-driven solutions.

What you will be doing

  • Analyse end‑to‑end business processes using data, stakeholder input and industry best practice to identify inefficiencies, risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather insights, validate pain points and co‑design improved processes.
  • Develop high‑quality process maps, workflows and documentation (e.g. Visio, BPMN 2.0).
  • Recommend and implement process improvements, including automation opportunities and performance metrics.
  • Embed automation and transformational technologies (including AI and AI agents) into redesigned processes.
  • Collaborate with Operations, IT, Risk, People & Culture and Transformation teams to ensure effective implementation and change adoption.
  • Monitor, measure and report on improvement outcomes such as cycle‑time reduction, cost savings and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Support enterprise‑wide continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of operational excellence.
  • Present findings, insights and ROI to senior leaders and executives to gain alignment and support.
  • Engage with internal teams, customers and external bodies (including auditors and regulators) to ensure improvements meet quality, risk and compliance expectations.

What you will bring

  • Strong stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to engage, influence and manage expectations at all levels of the organisation.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, able to translate business requirements into clear, practical outcomes.
  • Highly analytical and logical thinker, with strong problem‑solving capability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple actions and priorities concurrently within complex projects.
  • Collaborative mindset, thriving on co‑designing solutions and delivering shared outcomes.
  • Confidence to challenge existing thinking constructively and drive positive change.
  • Proven experience in process improvement, business analysis or operations, with strong familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and process mapping tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, SQL, Visio/BPMN).
  • Strong change‑management capability, supporting adoption and embedding of improved processes.
