Through the merger of Bank Australia and Qudos Bank we’re creating a better, stronger and more resilient bank for our customers and employees. As one company with two trusted brands, we’re building on the strong foundations of our history and shared values as we bring together the best of both banks.
The People & Culture (P&C) Analyst is responsible for preparing meaningful reports, people metrics, dashboards and insights to support data‑driven decision‑making across the Bank and enable delivery of strategic objectives. The role also supports P&C systems by providing advice on HRIS matters and contributes to a range of people‑related projects, ensuring accurate data, efficient processes and effective delivery of P&C initiatives.
