We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data & Reporting Analyst to support the Customer Division in delivering high-quality reporting and actionable insights.
In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to support business decision-making across Customer & Support Recoveries, Fraud, and AML/CTF teams. You will play a key role in enhancing reporting capabilities, improving data quality, and delivering meaningful insights that drive performance and operational effectiveness.

What you will be doing
- Prepare and deliver weekly and month-end reporting, ensuring accurate and timely insights for stakeholders
- Build and enhance reporting dashboards and visualisations, improving usability and delivering actionable insights
- Collect, clean, and manage data from multiple systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Provide analytical insights and trend analysis to support data-driven decision-making across Fraud, AML, and Customer teams
- Support ad-hoc analysis, reporting packs, and automation initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement and project delivery
What you will bring
- Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, ideally within Fraud, Scams, KYC/ECDD, or AML/CTF environments
- Strong technical skills in Excel, Power BI, and SQL, with the ability to build dashboards and visualisations
- Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive, adaptable approach to learning and improvement
